Nestoro Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Nestoro, we're committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and with full transparency from checkout to delivery.


Delivery Overview

  • Free standard delivery on all orders over £39.99
  • For orders below this value, delivery options start from £3.50
  • All items are carefully picked, packed, and dispatched using trusted delivery partners
  • Eco-conscious packaging is used wherever possible

All orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery service, with delivery updates provided throughout the journey.


Delivery Partners

We work with a carefully selected network of reliable delivery partners, including:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD
  • UPS
  • Parcelforce

Nestoro reserves the right to select the most suitable courier based on order size, weight, destination, and operational requirements.


Order Tracking

To make tracking your order simple and transparent, Nestoro provides a centralised order tracking experience.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link that allows you to:

  • Track your parcel in real time
  • View courier status updates in one place
  • Receive delivery progress notifications

Our tracking portal supports multiple courier networks and presents updates in a clear, easy-to-follow format.

If your tracking status has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please allow additional time for the courier network to refresh before contacting customer support.


Courier & Supplier Tracking Links

In some cases, particularly for supplier-direct deliveries, you may also receive a courier-specific tracking link.

  • Courier tracking links may be provided alongside or instead of the Nestoro tracking portal
  • This ensures direct access to the courier's latest delivery information
  • Courier systems operate independently and may display additional delivery options

Where both are available, the Nestoro tracking portal should be used as your primary reference.


Supplier-Direct Deliveries

Some products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.

  • These items may have different dispatch times or courier services
  • Any variations will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout
  • Supplier-direct deliveries are excluded from standard Nestoro delivery timelines

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Dispatch times vary depending on the product and delivery option selected.

During exceptionally busy periods, such as sales or new collection launches, dispatch may take slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier network disruption, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.


Delivery Options

Free Standard Delivery

Orders with a total value of £39.99 or more qualify for free delivery and are dispatched according to the stated product lead times. Multiple courier services may be used.


Royal Mail Tracked 48

Orders are dispatched in line with the product lead time and delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48.


Royal Mail Tracked 24

Orders are dispatched according to the stated product lead time and delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24.


Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next Working Day)

  • Orders placed before 12pm are delivered the next working day
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday
  • Available on selected products only

Important:
Next Working Day delivery applies after the product lead time.
For example, if a product has a 10-day lead time, delivery will take place on the next working day following dispatch.


Upgraded or Changed Shipping Methods

Nestoro reserves the right to upgrade your shipping method where appropriate.

  • We will never downgrade a delivery service
  • Any upgrade is made at no additional cost

Examples include:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 to Royal Mail Tracked 24
  • Royal Mail Tracked to Courier Service

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Claims for lost parcels can only be raised once the courier's investigation period has elapsed. This is typically up to 30 working days, depending on the courier.

Customers are encouraged to contact us within a reasonable timeframe if a delivery appears delayed so we can assist promptly.


Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival
  • Photographic evidence may be requested to help resolve the issue efficiently

While Nestoro is not responsible for courier delays, we will always work with the courier to support a fair resolution.


Freight Forwarding & International Re-Shipment

Nestoro does not support, recommend, or accept responsibility for orders delivered to freight forwarding agents, parcel re-shipping services, or any third-party address from which goods will be re-shipped outside the United Kingdom.

Where an order is placed using a freight forwarding or re-shipping address, the following applies:

  • Nestoro's delivery obligation is fulfilled in full upon delivery of the goods in good condition to the address specified at checkout. This constitutes delivery to a carrier nominated by the buyer, and risk in the goods passes to the buyer at that point, in accordance with Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Nestoro accepts no liability for any damage, loss, delay, or deterioration of goods that occurs after delivery to the freight forwarder or during any onward transit.
  • No refund, replacement, or return will be issued for any goods that have been, or are intended to be, re-shipped outside the United Kingdom by any means not arranged by Nestoro.
  • The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all customs, import duty, and legal requirements of the destination country. Nestoro makes no representation that its products are compliant with the laws of any jurisdiction outside the United Kingdom.
  • Nestoro reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where it reasonably believes a freight forwarding arrangement is in place, prior to despatch.
