Personalised Baby's First Christmas Wooden Bauble

The baubles that matter most are rarely the shiniest ones. They are the ones someone picks up every year and says, "this was your first".

This round wooden decoration has a natural wood finish with the lettering printed in a soft brown. Your baby's name sits at the top in capitals, with "First Christmas" below it, partly in a flowing script, and the year at the bottom, all framed by small stars.

The first line takes up to 12 characters and the second up to 4, for the year. All personalisation appears in capital letters. If you would like the name to read "MILLIE'S", add the 's yourself. "First Christmas" is part of the design.

At about 10 x 10.7cm and very light, it hangs easily from any branch on its white ribbon.

Keep it dry and wrap it in tissue when you pack the decorations away.

Wood is far less fragile than glass if it slips off a branch, which makes it a sensible choice for a busy family tree. It is also light enough to post with a card, so it suits grandparents who live a long way off.

What can I personalise on the decoration?

A first line of up to 12 characters, usually the name, and a second line of up to 4 for the year. Everything appears in capital letters. Add 's to the name yourself if you want it.

Is it safe for a baby to hold?

It is a wooden decoration rather than a toy, so keep it out of reach of small hands.

How long will it take to arrive?

Each decoration is made to order, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, so please allow 2 to 5 business days in total. Orders placed after midday, or at the weekend, start from the next working day.

Can I return a personalised decoration?

Nestoro is run by James and Agata, two parents who spent too many evenings searching marketplaces for children's things that looked good and were made to last, and decided to do something about it.

Many of the pieces in our own range are personalised and made to order, with the name or message you choose added before your order is sent out.
