You can personalise it with a name of up to 12 characters. The name is printed exactly as you type it, so please avoid block capitals, which can make it hard to read.

Does it come with a battery?

No. The clock takes 1 AA battery, which is not included, so it is worth having one ready to fit.

How long will it take to arrive?

Each clock is made to order, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, so please allow 2 to 5 business days in total. Orders placed after midday, or at the weekend, start from the next working day.

Can I return a personalised clock?

Because it is personalised and made to order, it can't be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives faulty or damaged, or the personalisation isn't what you ordered, please get in touch and we'll put it right.
