You can personalise it with a name of up to 12 characters. The name is printed exactly as you type it, so please avoid block capitals: the lettering is hard to read in capitals, and an all-capital name may not print clearly.

It is made from shatter-resistant, BPA-free plastic. Hand washing is recommended, and it is not suitable for the microwave or dishwasher.

How long will it take to arrive?

Each mug is made to order, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, so please allow 2 to 5 business days in total. Orders placed after midday, or at the weekend, start from the next working day.

Can I return a personalised mug?

Because it is personalised and made to order, it can't be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives faulty or damaged, or the personalisation isn't what you ordered, please get in touch and we'll put it right.
