Each placemat is made to order, then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, so please allow 2 to 5 business days in total. Orders placed after midday, or at the weekend, start from the next working day.

Can I return a personalised placemat?

Because it is personalised and made to order, it can't be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives faulty or damaged, or the personalisation isn't what you ordered, please get in touch and we'll put it right.
