There comes an age when a shared family room stops feeling like enough, and a child wants somewhere that is unmistakably theirs. The Momo Chair is a teen armchair built around exactly that: a seat for lounging, scrolling, studying, or just switching off. Filled with a certified blend of recycled polyester fibre and shredded foam, it gives a gentle, supportive seat that moulds to the body, soft enough to sink into and structured enough to hold its shape.

Two fabric options are available. YETI is a super soft, high pile fabric with a shaggy texture, available in Truffle and Cream. Teddy has a warmer, curly texture and is durable enough to pass a 50,000 Martindale rub test, tested pet proof, available in Biscuit. Both fabrics are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

Recommended from age 3 and up, though its scale and seating style particularly suit older children and teens who want a chair of their own.

Hand wash in cold water or at a maximum of 30°C with a mild detergent (Teddy fabric may also be machine washed on a delicate cycle at max 30°C). Do not soak for long, do not wring, do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron directly; use a steamer at a safe distance if needed. For minor spills, gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry away from direct sunlight. Professional dry cleaning is also suitable.

What age is the Wigiwama Momo Chair suitable for?

Can the cover be washed?

Hand wash in cold water or at a maximum of 30°C with a mild detergent. The Teddy fabric can also be machine washed on a delicate cycle at max 30°C. Do not tumble dry or iron directly, and dry away from direct sunlight.
